About the SaaSquatch Catering Service



If you have an account, login to the service by clicking on the My Account menu item and selecting "Login" from the dropdown.  Once you log in to the application, the menu item changes from "My Account" to your login name.  It will change back to "My Account" when you log off.

If you haven't created an account for yourself, click on the "My Account" menu item and select "Create My Account".  You will be asked for basic information that will be used by the catering service to support your events.  You will be asked to create a password which you use to log in to the Catering service.

If you want, you may change your password by logging into the service and using the "Change My Password" function in the account drop down.

To request supplies for an event, you raise an order, specifying the order name, one or more themes (or none at all), information about the event and any specific changes you'd like to make to the list of items you want delivered (including, for example, whether or not you'd like wait staff, bartenders, a marquee, etc.).  See "About Ordering" for more information.

The SaaSquatch Catering service does not currently support billing and payment so this will be handled "manually" by the catering service.
